I only accept USD and mainly process funds through PayPal. Alternatives can be discussed if necessary!

I reserve the right to deny and/or refund a commission at any time for any reason.

If a refund is necessary, the amount returned will be discussed based on the circumstances.

If a commission is near completion and you request a refund last minute, I will have to decline it.

I will only send (email) the final product(s) after full payment is sent.

Unless directly requested otherwise by the client, I reserve the right to use my own work for any reasonable purpose (advertising comms, portfolio use, etc)

I highly encourage you ask about updates whenever you feel they are necessary, but I must enforce the fact that I have a life outside of the time I spend on artwork.

Critiques or changes can be requested as much as you want during the sketching process (which will contain rough colors). After that, I may have to charge for major revisions.

If a due date is necessary, I will prioritize those commissions.

My art is NOT to be made or used as an NFT of any kind.

I do NOT accept any kind of cryptocurrency, no "if"s, "and"s, or "but"s.

Basically, if you're part of any crypto nonsense, get out of my sight. Thanks!

Only the commissioner or those involved may use the final image(s)/product unless discussed beforehand.

Clients are not to take credit for the commission they receive. That being said, clients may edit their final product as they wish if they feel so moved.

Sketch or lineart commissions may be completed by other artists if so desired.

If you intend to use my work for commercial use/profit (merch), we MUST discuss that beforehand.

Any artwork I provide containing minors will NOT be edited to be suggestive or NSFW. Don't be a freak.

Clients are allowed to post their finished commission(s) to their own social media pages if discussed beforehand with proper credit listed.

After contacting me + sending me your request, we can discuss the price. If you agree to the calculated price, a (watermarked) sketch will be sent your way ASAP.

As stated in the INFO + TOS page, you can request as many changes as you'd like to be made to said sketch! (it's harder to edit later in the process).

Once the sketch is approved, payment (through PayPal) must be sent before I work on / send the final product(s).

All final products will be sent via email to ensure you get the best version of the artwork.
